I go in the store carrying 2 pieces of large heavy tile so that I can match my paint. One guy at the computer asks me if I need anything and I say«yes, I need help picking out paint.» Guy tells me he will be right with me. I go and start picking out swatches and about 5 min in, no one has come over. I look up – original guy on the computer is still on the computer and 5 other guys are just standing around. I stay for another 5 mins and have a mental debate about whether I should say anything. I just decide to leave and never return.

Very helpful and knowledgeable!!! Really helped me decide between paint types. Will go to this store over Home Depot or Lowes any day.

I love Sherwin-Williams Paint, I just don’t like this store. One of the employees is exceptionally rude and it’s pretty clear he hates his job. I waited for a long time to be helped(the store is under-staffed as well) and watched this guy be quite rude to several different customers(one and senior citizen and one a pregnant mother). Again, I love the paint, but can’t stomach this outlet. Next time, my wife and I will just take the swatches to Guiry’s and have them match it. The experience there is far superior. Bottom line: I don’t really need to feel like I’m inconveniencing someone when I’m buying a $ 55 gallon of paint. If you hate your job, that’s not my problem.

This Sherwin-Williams store stocks everything you need to repaint & redecorate your home. In addition to paint & supplies there is a whole design center as well to help you with your decoration themes. They offer a wide variety of paints including 2 low VOC paints. We have painted the majority of our home using the Harmony paint. It leaves very little smell and while it’s significantly more expensive than the big box store’s paint, the coverage goes on noticeably better. Convenient hours — if you’re getting started early you can head over at 7am when they open.
