The Arvada Dragonfly offers short-​term lodging near Old Town Arvada. Currently we offer two fully furnished apartments for nightly, weekly and monthly rental. The Pearl and The Garden are part of a Victorian home walking distance to Olde Town. Each apartment has its own private entrance and full kitchen.

History

Established in 2014.

Originally built in 1901, the Victorian home has served as a private residence, a girl’s home, and a long-​term rental property. In 2014, the renovation of the 4 apartments that make up the home began. At present, we have completed two apartments: The Pearl, a fully-​furnished one bedroom apartment and The Garden, a fully-​furnished two bedroom apartment. Over the last year, we have hosted many out of town guests, primarily families of residents in The Arvada area. We have received excellent reviews and are already experiencing repeat business. The location is prime in that it is down the hill from Olde Town by Ralston Creek. As the business grows, we will be renovating further and offering more accommodations.
