this place is horrible… people come in and out of apartments as the please with no notice. They charge $ 20/​mo for valet garbage which never gets picked up… mine has been out there for weeks. You will pay extra to pay them as they only accept certified check $ 8 or a connivence for internet pay… Multiple complaints with the better business bureau.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE!!!

First impression and lasting. Smaller community, residents seem tight-​knit. Grounds are kept clean on a weekly basis.
All apartments are being recently renovated during new management takeover, seems money well spent for the amount of space you get. Not the biggest floor plans in the area, but the space is used well, plus you get brand new front-​load washer/​dryers and huge patios.
Neighborhood is great. Beautiful houses across the street and within a walking distance to shopping and tons to eat.
