Tip Top Tires

I had a great experience with Tip Top Tires. The owner, Mike, returned my call immediately and followed up quickly when he found the tires that I was looking for. I paid $ 35 each for tires with 85% tread life on them so I was very happy. The shop was a little hard to find (Unit G, around back!), but a quick call guided me in. It is very tidy and Mike is a knowledgeable professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Tip Top Tires and will be back in the future when I need more tires!

I found them online and showed up without calling. Mike met me at the door, shook my hand, introduced himself and helped me find the tires I needed. Turns out I told him the wrong tire size. He helped me find the right tire but also refunded some of money because the new size had less tread than the first pair. How honest is that?
Not the service I was expecting. I HIGHLY recommend them but make sure you talk with Mike.

I left Mike (the owner) a voicemail regarding a set of tires I was interested in and he got back to me early the next day. Off the bat, I knew I was in for some great customer service so I set up a time to swing by his shop and pick up that set.
Mike answered a few of my questions about tire sizes and enlightened me with his knowledgeable background and long-​standing history in the business. I was surprised to find out that he had just opened up the shop about 5 months ago because he demonstrated the confidence of an experienced professional.
The tires were in AMAZING shape (95% life left!) and my SUV drives like a dream. I paid $ 220 for what could’ve easily been at least $ 600 (at $ 150/​tire). «The other guy» wanted me to sign over my first born son :-|
I’m only 3 days into driving the car with my new Geolander’s and, though he gives a 30 day money-​back guarantee, I doubt I’ll need it.
One thing I should note for anyone torn between Tip Top Tires and «the other guy»… it smells strangely «homey»… fresh, clean and welcoming. The aroma of what is most likely a Glade plugin with the fresh, new tire smell of the garage made me feel like I was back in the dealership, catching the keys to my new car. For anyone that has bought a brand new car… you know what a powerful feeling that is. Come to Tip Top Tires for a throwback to those days!

I blew out one of my tires and was able to find a used one that matched the same tread as my other three and a great price. Was very simple and Mike is very helpful! Would recommend to anyone needing a tire to look here first.
