NO HOT WATER! Ever. In the entire place. I’ve been coming here for the past 2 months because its closest to my apartment, but this is the last time. Today I spent over $ 10 on my laundry only to find out that the water is freezing cold. No matter what temp you choose. When I told the attendant, she said there’s no hot water, & she doesn’t know why. What’s the use of washing clothes in cold water!!! Never wasting my money here again.

How a laundromat can function without hot water is beyond me. I went with bedding, my own and my dogs, for the kind of wash I just can’t get in my tiny washing machine at home. It cost 5.25 a load (4 loads), and when I pulled my stuff out, it was freezing cold. I then asked the attendant what the problem was and was met with blank stares. She said «No hot water.» In the entire place! EVERYONE’S clothes were cold. I am not one to complain OR write a negative review, but after having a previous large load of clothes shrunk (drop off), with no apology or restitution, and now this complete waste of my time, I felt it was appropriate to write this review.
