History

Established in 1984.

In 1984, a small, family owned business named Alpha Oil Company is started by brothers Lou and Danny Roerig and continues with this name until the year 2000. After the passing of Lou Roerig in 2000, Alpha Oil parted with the Oil Delivery Business and «Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning was created. Danny Roerig continued to grow the business until retiring in 2009, leaving the business to his two nephews, Louis & Nicholas.

Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning continues to grow and acquire companies from 2010 until 2012 including numerous local HVAC busineses including Advance Service Inc. & Ship Mechanical.

Today, with a long tradition of customer service and satisfaction, AHAC continues to grow and expand its services to meet the needs of all HVAC customers.

All of the AHAC team is vitally important, though some would argue that Nick keeps it all glued together. (2^nd from the right.) Nick has helped to grow the business significantly since taking over in 2009, and the response from our longest and oldest customers have been strong and supportive.

Nick is a young family and business man who was raised on HVAC and continues the family business with the same level of integrity and fervor as his predecessors.
