Leon was born in West Virginia and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I trained at Tri-​State Barber College in 1974, bought a shop in Winchester, Virginia in 1980 and worked the Northern Virginia area since 1990. I opened this shop on July 1, 2003. When I’m not here Im spending time on the water fishing.

Jeff was born and raised in York, Pa, trained at Harrisburg Barber School in 1974 and worked in York until he moved to Northern Virginia in 1994. As of Jan 2013 he will have been with our family for 6 yrs. Other then spending time with his friends and family you can usually find Jeff consumed and being super dad with his pups (aka his kids).

Diane came here from Vietnam in 1990 and settled in Md. After graduating from Bladensburg Barber school in 1994 and working in DC, Diane joined our family here and will be celebrating 10 years 2013. When Diane is not around the shop, you can usually find her running around being super mom to her kids…

Consistently great haircuts. Leon has been cutting my hair for 25 years and I’ve followed him all over NOVA as he has periodically changed shops. Doesn’t get any better, but all 3 barbers give quality haircuts. Price is very reasonable, barbers are friendly but if you’re in the mood for a quiet haircut and don’t want to chat, they leave you alone and do their jobs.

This has recently become my regular barber shop in Ashburn. It is not a very big barbershop with just three barbers, but you can’t go wrong with any of three. They all do an excellent job. I have not had a bad haircut yet.

I have been going to Leon for years. He was recommended to me by a friend and I haven’t been disappointed at all. He takes his time and doesn’t rush a haircut like others do. When he has been on vacation I have tries Diane as well and she does a good job too.

Glad to have Leon and team as my go to barber. I wish they were closer so I won’t have to drive by so many others to get to their location. Simple, clean, price competitive. Parking is never a problem. Wait it seldom if ever long.

Best barber in Ashburn. Classy 70s music. Fish pictures! The best! Always get a good haircut there and all 3 barbers are great. Seating is nice and they have plants. Near 711 so can get kids slurpees after haircuts!

I was in the area for work and needed a haircut before a meeting. The gentleman who cut my hair was chatty with the customer before me, but barely spoke once I was seated. I get a #1 mid/​high fade. Not all that tough. I asked him to take it up a little higher after he showed me what he had done so far. He didn’t seem very pleased I asked him to do that. He quickly took it up higher without much care. After I got home and took a shower, I noticed a patch that he completely missed on the side of my head. He barely took the clippers to my sideburns too. It wasn’t blended very well either. Now I need to go to my regular barber first thing in the morning to fix this mess. What a waste of time and money?!
