Charisma was terrific to work with when buying our first home together! My husband bought his first condo with Charisma and she was able to help us sell that in a timely manner and help us find our new home even quicker! The entire experience went so much quicker than expected, yet she never once made us feel pressured. She was so kind and helpful throughout the entire experience and answered any of our multitude of questions at anytime she was always extremely reachable. She always has a smile on her face and truly has a love for what she does and all of her clients! I simply cannot say enough about how positive our experience was with Charisma. Incredibly knowledgable, patient, easy to talk to and always giving great advice. We always felt at ease with Charisma. Growing up n the Northern Virginia area, she understands the market well and helped sell our home in only 5 days as other homes that were comparable sat for months. We were concerned that our house, which was located in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Charisma made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don’t (but should), like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, having an online virtual tour and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off — our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Once our house went under contract (again in 5 days), Charisma walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. We put our trust in Charisma and it paid off.

Charisma is an amazing realtor! She works hard and always does it with a smile on her face. She made the house looking easy and fun when it could have been so hard and miserable. We bought a home in Loudoun county moving from out of State and we could not have asked for a more understanding, patient, and friendly agent! We never felt pressured or rushed! She is knowledgeable about the area and if she doesn’t know something then she will get you an answer as fast as she can. Charisma was hands down the best realtor that any can ask for. She made the entire process stress free and really listened to our wants and needs for our first home together.
