If i could give Dr James Lee a zero i would. I brought my son to see him and now myself and he is the rudest person i have ever dealt with. I will not be returning. He made snide remarks to the amount of health issues i do have and then when he ordered a ct scan for me he hands me the order and says«go back to the hospital since you know it well» WHATISTHATSUPPOSETOMEAN. I strongly suggest that if you need an ENT to stay clear of Dr Lee. He will make you feel worse then you did going in.

Dr. Lee is up to date on the latest allergy info and is an excellent communicator. She listened very closely to our concerns as my child has been having seasonal asthma issues that have been getting worse. She spent a lot of time listening and explaining. This is rare. My child was allergy tested today. We did allergy testing many years ago and we were rushed through the process and very little info was shared with us. The process is better focused at this practice. Previous doctor tested everything under the sun and the nurse became confused as to which skin prick was which. There was little info given re the food allergy the doctor diagnosed back then. We eventually followed up with a food challenge and antibody testing with another doctor and determined the food allergy diagnosis was incorrect. Dr. Lee was able to explain why my child probably reacted to the skin test for the food item. The testing was faster, less painful, and better managed. My child and I learned a lot today and we walked out with a plan to help avoid some of the problems in the future. I definitely recommend Dr. Lee and wished I had brought my child here years ago.

2.5 stars. Front reception was nice and I was seen pretty soon after my appt time but stars off for the way the male doctor manipulated my face, head, and neck during examination, pushing my head back against the chair, twisting my jaw to the angle he wanted, etc. — very rough. When he was pressing hard on my esophagus and thyroid I told him twice that it hurt but he still kept doing it. I’ve had plenty of doctors over the years during an exam feel my neck and never did it hurt like that. I seriously considered just walking out but stayed to hear his diagnosis. Also, his hands were considerably cracked and freshly scabbed and I didn’t want him touching me without gloves. I thought he would put gloves on since his hands were in such a state but he didn’t, I should have asked but I get tired of having to think for doctors.

So after much nagging from my husband I finally broke down and did allergy testing. I should have done it sooner, but I am a baby when it comes to shots. I know know… don’t even ask how I survived having two babies. ;) Dr. Lee was SO great. She was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. She asked a lot of questions about how I felt and the symptoms that go along with it. She described allergies and the testing process for allergies. She even acknowledged how I was fearful of needles while describing the testing process. The testing is just like scratches and it doesn’t even pierce the skin. You wait fifteen minutes and find out what your skin reacted to. From that point we were able to come up with a plan for my allergies based on the seasons of bloom. And the plan doesn’t involve shots. BONUS!
