Hello! I have been in the cell phone/​electronics industry for almost 15 years now. I started working at Circuit City back in 2000 when they were still in business (anyone remember them?). After that, I was with Nextel/​Sprint. I also studied IT at George Mason University. As you can see, I’ve been fixing cell phones and electronics for a very long time.

I started fixing iPhones when I first broke my iPhone 3G screen. I went into the Apple store to see if they could fix it. They told me it would cost $ 200, yikes! I said no thanks. I figured with my experience in cell phone/​electronics repairs, I could figure it out myself. Through reverse engineering and a lot of patients, I did just that! Once my friends caught wind that I could fix iPhones, they would always come to me to fix their cracked screens. As iPhones became more and more popular, I thought «hmm, there might be a market for this.» So in May of 2012 I decided to start iScreen Service.

These guys are amazing!
I was ready to hit the submit button on an insurance claim for my daughter’s broken* iPhone when I saw the deductible had gone up to $ 200! The repair isn’t just broken glass — the replace the entire display assembly. Less than an hour later her phone was as good as new!
They are fast, professional and at the end of the day I ended up paying far less than I would have using the insurance with no wait for Assurian to send me a replacement phone.
I would give them a sixth star if I possibly could!
*by broken I mean sad sad sadly broken. It turns out that iPhones don’t respond well when dropped from Briar Woods football bleachers.

These guys are great!
Not only was my screen broken, but the touch wasn’t responding so I couldn’t unlock or access anything. I’m in Ashburn and these folks are right down the street, so I popped in with no appointment today 5 mins after opening. They fixed my screen and re-​set it, making it accessible again, all in roughly 50 minutes.
Absolutely worth it — great service for a reasonable price.

First I failed to call ahead for appointment — I walked in with my ipad mini3 with broken screen, because I saw their price on their website and carefully matched my model number to their published price ($ 145).
Two young techs were in the lab when i got there, showing them my device and apologizing for not having an appointment because they seemed to be disturbed by that. One got up to wait on me and gave me a repair form to complete. I started on it, and he stood there pointing at every field and telling me what to write there… Do I look illiterate? I completed the form, he went to a back room and came back saying he could not repair iPad mini 3s anymore because of parts costs and I should consider going to the appIe store and pay them $ 300. I told him Ok, but they may want to consider changing their website. He disagreed.
From what I gather they are very good at what they do, but suck an customer relations. Lesson learned –call ahead, get an appointment

I was desperate to get my shattered screen fixed. After calling four other places, I choose iscreen. I could not believe how quickly and efficiently Haythem was able to fix my screen. He was so nice, did a great job, was reasonably priced and warranted his work for a full year. Hoping I don’t need his services again! But if my screens ever crack, I will absolutely return to Haythem.

This was my first time going to a screen repair service — I had actually done an iPhone 4 repair myself. This was soooo much faster and easier!
Friendly service in a nice office park. The repair was completed when promised for the price promised. Considering the number of cracked screens I’m seeing around my house, I will definitely be back!!!

I reluctantly say that I am a frequent customer. My line of work, and my bad habits, have caused me to crack my screen more times than I can count. Each of the around 5 or 6 times I’ve done so I’ve come here to for my repairs. He offers a quality service unlike any other I know of, at a price you can’t beat.
There’s a website to quickly set an appointment day and time, and every time I’ve gone I’ve never had to wait. Repairs typically have taken about 20 – 30 minutes tops. His work is always high quality, and he has even straightened out the metal edges of my phone while he did it. His work is great and fast.
This is the epitome of what a business should be, fast, professional, and high quality. The fact it’s also at an affordable price is just the icing on the cake. I will continue to use this service for a long time to come.

Fast, friendly service. I am very happy with the repair and service provided. My iPad broke in October and I finally had it repaired. I’ve been putting it off until I found this place.
Making an appointment online was super easy. Location is close to home. Service is OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this place if you have a broken screen!

Very happy with the service! I made my appointment conveniently online and I arrived about 15 minutes early. My phone only took about 20 minutes and it looks brand new! I also like that the screen is under warranty. If for whatever reason my phone stops reacting to touch, it will be free of charge to fix! Also, I saw that you can come in and drop your phone off if that works better. Very happy!

I had my iPhone 5 screen popping (out but working) and took it to him. He advised me that I need to change the battery also while replace the screen. However, he suggested that I take the phone to Apple since the battery was under a recall warranty and that they may replace the phone due to this and the screen popping out which was perhaps due to the battery issue. He was right since Apple replaced my phone with a new one and I saved $ 125 on repairs.
The worse part is, when I took the phone to Verizon with the screen issue, they had no clue about the recall and wanted me to buy a new phone since it was not covered under warranty.
I really appreciate his advise, even though he lost making money from replacing my screen, I will recommend him for his professionalism and honesty.

Excellent service and work. I had read a few reviews about this place and was a little hesitant in trying. However, I was thoroughly impressed with the service and work. They had my iPhone screen repaired in less than an hour. They also guaranteed the work and said to call them if we had any issues with the new screen.
I highly recommend. The price is great compared to all the other smartphone repair places in the area.

Took my Granddaughters mini iPad to iScreen today to have Haytham replace her cracked screen. Haytham noticed that not only was the screen cracked, the ipad had a slight dent when it was dropped. He very throughly explained everything that he was going to do such as replace the screen, fix the dent and remove some dust that was under the glass. We expected the work to take an hour and a half, but to our surprise
he called us an hour later and the iPad was like new again. I would highly recommend
iScreen to everyone. In fact, I took a few of his business card to share with people at work and elsewhere. Great work at a fair price in a timely manner. What else could you ask for! Haytham went way above and beyond our expectations! Great job!

Excellent service and a fantastic repair. I normally do my own, but Haytham was fast and reasonably priced so I had him do both my ipad and my iphone. Also, really impressed that me called twice, once to let me know about the condition of my battery and once to let me know the repair was complete.
I would definitely recommend making an appointment, as the site recommends (just read that other review). If you are expecting a big store front and receptionist, you may be disappointed. Seems to be one guy, doing one thing and doing it really well. I can live with that.

The office is inside another office, just walk in an go up the hall. It’s the first one on the right. Starbucks is close by, I barely finished my chai before it was time to pick up my finished iPad.
