Minnieland Academy at Ashburn

Great changes at Minnieland in Ashburn, thanks to the new management team. Awesome academics and curriculum taught by a great group of educators who put the children first.

Both our children attend Minnieland, Ashburn and have done so since they were infants. The most important thing to us is that our children feel loved and safe. We take comfort in the fact that the staff really do care for our children and their well-​being. We are continually amazed at our children’s development (including potty training!). We know this has a lot to do with their exceptional curriculum and very devoted, very patient teachers. They always listen to our concerns and are never dismissive. We found Minnieland to be better priced than others in the area. Yes; it is more expensive than home daycare, but we feel more comfortable knowing there is a management structure and escalation procedure should any problems arise.

This place is truly amazing. My oldest attended PT when he was 2. I definitely liked it then. Certain circumstances led me almost 2 years later to enrolling my 2 children in FT (many teachers were still there from years before). I did my research and actually worked in preschools in the area; so I had an idea of what I was dealing with… Their prices are some of the best around, and there is an outstanding curriculum, even in the toddler classes. My four year old has gained so much confidence in his spelling, numbers, and overall learning since attending here. My toddler counted to 4 just 1 week after starting. However, what I love most about it is that it really feels like my children are loved here. My 4 year old is already crying that he will have to leave his teacher for kindergarten next year. My toddler runs into the teachers’ arms. Knowing I was having trouble dropping my kids the first few weeks, the director sent me pictures of them so I knew they were happy and okay. As a teacher myself, I am beyond happy with the past 4 months Minnieland Ashburn Village.
