First of all, they were open on a Sunday afternoon, which already puts them ahead of any other hardware store in Gardner, Winchendon, or Rindge.
I was working on a few house projects when I realized there was a major issue in my bathroom shower which would require some improvisation and ingenuity. When I arrived, the woman working the counter helped me with both, providing me with a very workable and successful solution.
Later, as we were doing some painting, the paint we bought at Home Depot just didn’t look right. Back out to True Value where we found the right color, had it mixed, and were off in minutes.
I would recommend this hardware store to anyone looking for personalized attention, good quality and selection, and serviceable hours.
