The staff here are super friendly and give a great mani and pedi at an affordable price. The best part of going here is the shoulder massage you get while your nails are drying!

I come here often. Thang is pretty awesome guy. Most of the time I have one of the other men working there and they are all good. I go for both mani/pedi on a fairly frequent basis. Rarely am I unhappy. I personally prefer the men they seem to take more, care all the way around, more so than the women who work there.

My mother in law and I came here out of sheer desperation given that it was the Fourth of July weekend and every place was unavailable on such short notice on a Saturday. We were able to be seen right away since they weren’t super busy. The guy who did my nails cut them entirely with cuticle cutters which I found very odd. I don’t think he actually did anything to my actual cuticles except maybe push them down and that’s it. Okay who cares as long as the polish lasts, right? Eh, except 5 days later my polish began to chip. Not just one little spot on one nail but MAJORLY. After 8 days it looked like I hadn’t gotten a pedicure in months. I can usually stretch a pedicure a 4 – 5 weeks but I needed another one desperately two weeks later. The nail polish selection is lacking too. They have a few OPI colors to choose from but enough for my personal taste. I wouldn’t particularly recommend this place or come back.

I have been going here for a couple of years because of the friendliness, great services, prices, etc. BUT, the last few times I’ve been in? Not so much… at all. Friendliness has went way downhill, seems more and more rushed each time I’ve been in and this last time I was in, they have changed their pedicure options and pricing… I opted to stick with the normal $ 25 pedicure thinking it would still be as good as usual(didn’t feel I needed nor did I want the sugar scrubs, paraffin waxes, etc., now offered at $ 35 and $ 45), how wrong I was. After declining the upgrades that were being pushed on me, I got a pedicure about as good as I could do myself at home. No soak time unless you count the left foot in the water while the right foot was worked on and vice versa, barely a nail trim/file and cuticle clean up and I can scrub my feet with a pumice stone in the shower better than was done, then the obligatory 6 minute leg massage(which they all seem to act like takes forever anymore and I find the fact that they time that 6 minutes with a timer disturbing and rushing), finished with an uneven polish job. All of that at super speed, I waited just a few minutes for a chair when I went in and I was going back out the door in just 26 minutes. A couple days later I ended up removing the polish myself because every time I looked at my feet all I could see was unevenness of the polish and on top of that, my heels were just as rough the day after the pedicure as they were when I went in. This place has great massaging chairs and nice new equipment and it is a pretty relaxing environment but I guess I’m just asking for too much when I go in for just a little pampering and me time and end up feeling like it’s a bother for them to do the services they are there for. As much as I like the convenience of this place to home and work and my everyday life, I think it’s time to find somewhere else.

I was greeted by a woman speaking to me through a face mask while doing a manicure. I was there without an appointment, for a pedicure, and was taken immediately. Thang, the man who worked on me, was pleasant and friendly with a sunny disposition. Everyone else looked grim. After the pedicure I left my flip-flops on for the suggested two hours, then changed into a more comfortable pair. As soon as I did, the polish«waved», making it necessary to drive all the way back to the salon for a repair. Another man fixed it, without a smile or any comment, and I left. The next day I had yet another chip. I have pedicures on a fairly regular basis and have not had this happen before. That being said, I hope the place becomes more upbeat and the people find a reason to smile at their customers.

My favorite nail salon in Asheville. A great pedicure, good massage, spacious and good atmosphere. A great place to relax and give yourself a treat.

The ONLY place in town to get your nails done. I prefer to have Jimmy as my tech. He goes above and beyond to make me look good and feel pampered. I can always call ahead and get an appointment about 30 minutes before I arrive. It is clean, professional, and relaxing.

I live in LA and get my fair share of mani/pedis. Not a single manicure I have ever gotten in LA beats this place. Yes, the price was double what I’m used to, but for Asheville, I think they are on the lower price end… Whatever…point is, flawless manicure, polish that lasts(I’m a week in with red polish and still no chipping), and friendly staff! Go there!
