History

Established in 2008.

Bodhi of Life, started in Ann Arbor, MI in 2008. It was voted in the top three of the «Best Place to Receive a Therapeutic Massage» in the Best of Ann Arbor in 2011.

Currently located in West Asheville, Bodhi of Life is home to some of Asheville’s most skilled and heart-​centered therapists. Our five therapist have a collective experience of over 65+ years in the healing arts. Therapists at Bodhi of Life have dedicated their lives to the practice of massage and bodywork and each one holds to the highest standard of the proffession. Our clients receive total presence and centered energy from each therapist at Bodhi of Life.

Thai Massage is at the heart of our collective, as each therapist is an advanced practiioner of this yoga-​inspired modality. Our unique collective is also proficient at traditional, integrative and therapeutic massage.

Bodywork is my life’s work and it is my passion to help others overcome physical and energetic obstacles, relieve them of chronic pain, increase their flexiblity and become more functional in the everyday world. My mission is to assist others in bringing the mind and body into balance, to increase their life energy force, and to aid in improving the functions of the body systems. I believe it is our right to be free and to love and enjoy one’s life. I work both technically and intuitively, listening to verbal, physical, and energetic cues. My therapeutic practice is based on individual needs to foster a healthier, more balanced life.
