History

Established in 2015.

Goldbean Accounting was established in 2015 when the owner, Rachel, moved to North Carolina from Colorado. Having spent over 10 years working in the accounting and banking industry, Rachel, decided to venture out on her own and provide affordable accounting services to individuals, family and small business.

Business Owner

Born into a military family, I spent most of my childhood living throughout the United States and Asia. Watching my mother assist service members with their finances paved the path to my love affair with numbers and desire to help individuals achieve their financial and business dreams.

After high school I went on to study accounting at the University of Hartford and then further my education at the University of Maryland University College. I spent several years in the banking and accounting industry before settling down in Asheville, North Carolina to build on my own dream.

To my clients, I am not your «typical» accountant. I’m also a mom, foodie, dog lover and cancer survivor with a passion to see my community continue to thrive and prosper by helping you make the best financial decisions.
