Job took two days when we were told it would take a few hours. Every time they said it would be ready in «an hour» it would be at least three. Called to try and find out what was going on during day two. Kelly said she would call me «right back,» had to call two hours later to find out what was going on. Problem still not solved. Owner, Will blamed all the issues on our business and the wording of the e-​mail, yet did not bother to ask questions before printing. Because he was out $ 50 would not compensate us for our two days of lost time on this project. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

We use henco often for our business printing. Their prices are a little high, but they do a good job. The girl that runs the front is usually pretty grumpy, not a fun place to pay. There just aren’t a lot of options for professional printing here. A happier front desk person would be great!

My job came out perfectly. Will went above and beyond working with me even though my file was not cooperating when I sent it in for a quote. Turns out it was the longest job he’s ever printed. It is also now a family treasure, recording over 150 years of family history for a reunion this weekend. Great People! AWESOME JOB! Will definitely be back!

These guys are just the nicest, most professional, most «on it» individuals I have encountered in a hot minute. They run an excellent business, with prompt attention to their customers’ needs and great technical skill. I have been coming here with various printing projects for over a year. I am thoroughly impressed with the staff and the quality of the prints. They are fantastic at printing high resolution photographs and art reproductions. Even if you only need color copies made, they are inexpensive and of superior quality to other printing options in Asheville.
