Chips, the money, menu wasn’t clear what you get on the items, etc. Tempeh was good, hummus good, kudos for being socially responsible company! The food being served has to be good and good value to make you want to come back. Keep trying, don’t give up, Neo! but don’t plan to go there for a economical, fill-you-up meal.

I have no idea why there are some low ratings for Neo Burrito. We just ate at the South Tunnel Rd location. Place was clean. Guys were friendly. Food was tasty and abundant. Prices were right. What’s not to love? I had the Spinach Cotilla Burrito and my husband had the Smiling Hara Burrito with tofu instead of tempeh. The Spinach one has a pesto spread that was very yummmm. Dear husband raved about the tasty aoli on his burrito. Did I mention freshly made tortilla chips? Multiple salsa choices? All I wish is that we had come on Sunday when they have $ 1 drafts. Guess we’ll be back tomorrow!

When walking in I first noticed how dirty and unorganized it looked. The menu was somewhat easy to read and understand. The food display is completely covered so you can’t see the food. The chips were free but cold and I got 9 chips. Do not recommend, very disappointing.

I love Neo! Food is great, service is great, all around fantastic! Today was the official grand opening and they are giving away 100 breakfast burritos! This has been the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a while!

This was my second time eating at the newest Neo on Tunnel Rd. Unfortunately, the experience was just as bad as the first. The food, was as expected, always good. But, the service is lacking. We ate there at 1:30pm on Sunday September 6th. There were three employees working the line, the lady starting your order was great and so was the young man running the register, but the guy(who was also the same person that made my first experience bad) that was running the middle bar is always unfriendly, unprofessional, and a just short of being a jerk. His interactions with guests is lacking. This will be the last time my family and I eat at this location. Which is sad considering I own a business on Tunnel rd and cannot go back to a place that doesnt care for their guests. So I gave you two stars because of service and not because of the food.

I had gone to neo burritos other locations and been pretty happy. however, I visited this new location with my vegan girlfriend today(shouldn’t be a problem at neo burrito) and hers was inedible. she ordered tempeh on her burrito and after scooping a few pieces from the bottom of the container, the burrito maker told another employee he’d have to make a new batch. they proceeded to stand there and discuss for 5 minutes that they didn’t know how to make the tempeh(right in front of us, the customers). what came out of the frying pan was a pale, bland, oily batch of tempeh that looked completely different than the dark brown pieces in sauce already sitting on her incomplete burrito which the burrito maker explained as a result of the older tempeh«having been sitting there a really long time.» the cashier then assembled both of our burritos with a pretty bad attitude and generally poor service. as of today, won’t be going back.
