Matthew Oswald started PennFirst Mortgages in 2014, after numerous years practicing Loan Origination in Denver, CO. Expansion into a new branch of PennFirst began in 2015 in Asheville, NC. Originally licensed in PA, Ozzie personally manages both PennFirst branches in Johnstown and Asheville, building communities in both areas he calls home.

Ozzie holds values of integrity, efficiency and accuracy, knowing PennFirst will not only meet their borrowers’ needs, but far surpass expectations of a fiduciary broker relationship. Having grown up in a small and very connected community, PennFirst brokers have appreciation for getting to know their borrowers as individuals, and share a lighthearted approach to life in both business and pleasure.
