As you may have noticed most RadioShack tour gone out of business by now, really surprising, not so much for bad employees. I have to say most were OK and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the systems that are in place are useless. Most places you don’t need a copy of your receipt, if you want store credit, I understand not wanting to give me cash back on two items that are brand marked radio shack all over them. Well, now I’m stuck with two items which in total cost my roughly $ 70.00 which I don’t need. I’ll be sure to take time out of my day to chase down a bank statement to prove that I purchased that item in store. Hence, I will not contribute to your dying cause. Good day. Too bad your employees are about the last thing you have going for you.
