Rhubarb opened in October 2013, by three time James Beard Nominee, Chef/​Owner John Fleer. The menu is inspired by seasonal, local ingredients and pays homage to the bounty of regional and American cooking. A wood-​fired oven and grill complement the rustic creations. Wine selections are drawn entirely from winemakers from who produce using ecologically sustainable practices. The bar pays tribute to seasonal bounty and to the inventiveness of the early 20th century cocktail culture.
