Well, my vacuum needed a new belt and a little cleaning up. They took 3 weeks to even get to my vacuum. After 3 unreturned phone calls, 2 times of stopping in and once being hung up on I finally got my vacuum back. It looks good, but I will not go back due to the bad customer service and length of time it took them.
