Made a last minute appointment for my birthday and they were very accommodating! Kendra?.. took such good care of my and had the perfect touch, I was so relaxed but also felt like my face was getting the treatment I needed. Can’t wait to go back! Be sure to stick around and enjoy the hotel facilities for free including indoor pool, hot tub and sauna!

My boyfriend and I spent my birthday weekend at the Hilton and had massages and facials here. Marcy (hot stone massage) and Kendra (facial) were amazing to me. I am not an easily relaxed person and pretty sure I have never been so relaxed before. I will def come back to see them. Ashton massaged my boyfriend and he said she was great as well. Super laid back, nice people!

We had a university reunion at my friend’s house in Asheville. «Shall we go to the spa?» asked she. «We shall!» said we.
And lo, it was awesome. We picked Sensibilities because of its close location and decent value compared to Grove Park. I’m a computer programmer, and I spend a LOT of time frozen in front of multiple monitors. My upper shoulders and neck are in a state of constant tension and pain. I requested a deep tissue massage and emphasized the fact that I wanted someone to give it a bit of welly because my last massage (at another place) was a damp squib, a total waste of money.
I got Karen. I really feel like her name should have been Katya or something Russian and strict-​sounding. She was AMAZING. Cannot recommend her enough. Found every knot. It’s the first time in three weeks I haven’t had a tension headache. WHY can’t this place be in my town? Now I wish I’d booked a facial and a pedi.
My girlfriends and I also loved being able to hang out in the hottub and the sauna afterward.
Total bargain. Go here. Srsly.

An amazing spa experience. My massage with Chadwick was the BEST deep tissue massage I have ever had. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. A must visit when in Asheville. You can bet I’ll be back on my next trip!

I rarely do 5 stars, but my service at this salon was fantastic. I received a European facial with Patricia… She was really thorough during the extraction phase, knowledgeable on the product line used, and took her time to ensure my experience was excellent. I was so relaxed, I almost didn’t want to get up and leave after our session!
The products used are triple organic Hungarian product (smell great, and results were the best I’ve had for any facial).
I will be back to try out a massage next time I’m in town.
I will say this, the salon is not very glitzy or overly glamorous (more of a natural/​organic atmosphere). It seems to me that they are focused on service then aweing them with a over-​the-​top spa atmosphere. If your looking for that type of spa experience this may not be your best bet.

Two negative experiences and two positives. They love procedures and policy more than customers– which might work as a business except they struggle to follow their own procedures.
Today, when I showed up I realized my appointment had been botched. The manager blamed me for not handling it properly and took her employee’s side completely even after I contradicted what she was told. Outrageous.

Valerie was awesome!!! She did an amazing job, and she was super friendly and accommodating. I loved that she was willing to chat with me, but if I’d preferred to be quiet, that would have been fine with her as well. She’s been at this spa for 12 years, and it’s very apparent that she loves working there, and takes pride in what she does. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well. I had had a manicure before I left San Francisco, but it had chipped and I didn’t want to buy a whole bottle of nail polish remover — they were gracious about giving me a cotton ball of nail polish remover, even though I didn’t get my nails done there. Thanks ladies! I’ll be back the next time I’m in Asheville.

We had an hour couples massage here. It was nice but nothing extraordinary vs other spas. The nice thing is the prices are reasonable (though they had raised them recently).
The location is in the Hilton. There are a bunch of retail and restaurants in the same strip mall.

Great atmosphere… great massage! Great extra special touches: hot towels, eye cover when you are on your back. LOVED it.

A deep tissue massage is the cure for what ails ya, trust me! A couple months ago I got one at the downtown Asheville Sensibilities location. On a recent trip back to Asheville, my girlfriends and I hit up the Sensibilities South location. What do you know, Chris was available! He is AWESOME. My two girlfriends got spa pedicures while Chris tended to me for an hour…
If you’re not in need of a massage, see a doctor to check your mental status. (Just kidding.) You can also get manicures, pedicures, facials, etc. here. Product is also for sale.
This location is off I-​26 in a relatively new shopping/​urban living area. After your spa adventure, you can shop or eat to your heart’s content.
