It was a fun spot until I came in to the most dreadful bartender I’ve ever encountered. The girl ignored my friends for five minutes while talking to a regular, even though we were clearly in need of a drink. She acted disgusted that we needed to pay separately, overreacted when I accidentally had my flash on for 5 seconds, and was in general very clear that she didn’t appreciate our business. Ruined friend’s 21st birthday. Will never return to Timos until I am assured that girl has been rightly fired. I’m appalled the management would allow that kind of service.

I went to dance for the evening and my friend was kicked out immediately for dancing with another person. This is not the place to have fun!!! The managers are very rude and disrespectful! He in fact called my girlfriend a whore for dancing with another man! Do not visit this place!!!

Stumbled across this place on a Saturday night while visiting Asheville for the weekend– the music drew us in (what I would describe as electronic dance music, but very palatable– not too trancy or house). The on tap beer selection was varied, the space had options for dancing, sitting at the bar, or playing bar games, and the people-​watching inside was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by this underground gem.

Great bar! Underground, literally. Has everything from life sized Jenga, to an amazing juke box. Not to mention the booze section. Great taste.
