Hersey Health Care and Dr Chatreau have been incredibly helpful in getting me the advice, tests and treatments I need for my recently diagnosed cancer. They have been advocating and navigating through the local health care system in an efficient way that has saved me precious time and stress. For a cancer patient, both are invaluable. Their caring and personal touch contrasts sharply with other physician experiences I have had.

Dr Chatroux is the best in a Family Practice doctor. She is knowledgeable, accessible, caring, and thorough. She treats patients respectfully, giving all the information needed to make decisions. She is grounded in Western medicine, but is open-​minded to all kinds of practices, and will discuss anything. Her staff is friendly and helpful. It took me years to find the right doctor, and I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Chatroux.

I personally felt that Dr. Chatroux was judgemental and uncomfortably preachy. She put down other physician specialties and just kept rambling without stopping to listen or care. It was a very bad experience for me.

I am so happy joining this medical group! One word to describe it— EFFICIENT! I am impressed that I got into the office quickly, was seen quickly, and felt truly cared for instead of being just a number. I love the concept of using both «modern» medicine and holistic! I am extremely happy and feel confident that I am being well cared for! The office staff, doctors and nurses are wonderful!
I am using Dr. Chartroux Wise Woman remedy for hot flashes and have noticed a difference combined with dandelion & milk thistle. The heat waves are no longer as intense and as frequent. The good news is that I am getting sleep now!!! THANK U!

Nice doctor! They don’t wear scrubs here which is different. Never had any problems with this office or with billing. Nice nurses too!
