Had him fix my computer Dec ’13, the power supply was broken and he said he’d order me a new one. The one he had gotten for replacement broke a few weeks after that and he refused to give me a refund. I told him that I had since looked up the product, and a majority of online reviews stated they break after a few weeks. I expected a refund because he intentionally purchased shoddy parts from an unknown company. It took well over a month to procure a refund, and he didn’t do it until a few days after I filed a complaint with the BBB and posted scathing reviews on Unilocal and Facebook.
If you use his services, do not agree to purchase any parts without taking time to research them. He will try to charge you premium prices for the lowest quality products.
