I got my first ever facial today with Harlenne, and it was amazing! It was so calming, and she was able to relax me instantly. She is an absolute sweetheart and truly spoiled me with this spa treatment. I have been going to Richard Francis Salon for years to see my hairstylist Renee. My husband now goes to see her too! She is fantastic. I am so happy that I have discovered all that their spa has to offer as well. Whether you need a brow wax, a massage (Anna is incredible!), or a facial, this is definitely the place to go. It is a welcoming environment from the minute you walk in and are greeted by Patty and Lori who always remember everyone’s name. Thanks to everyone at Richard Francis for years of the best customer service and for giving me the royal treatment!

I LOVE this place Even more now that I have discovered ANNA!!! She is amazing.
She worked out knots that I didn’t even know were there. She was firm yet gentle and applied just the right amount of pressure. Anna’s technique is what I am EXACTLY looking for in a massage therapist! I love deep tissue work in general, but she does some sort of very precise and deep finger movements and pressure points. It’s very focused on very particular muscles and nice and deep but in a wonderful way! It felt SO GOOD during and after!
I have been 2 times in one month and cannot WAIT to go back~ A facial with Harlenne and a massage with Anna is like an amazingly, relaxing escape to paradise!
