Bob opened his doors as a solo practitioner in 2003, first operating out of offices at 622 Siskiyou Blvd. in Ashland, then moved down the road to 823 Siskiyou Blvd. next to Ashland High School in 2010.

Business Owner

Bob has been practicing law for 20 years, serving the people of Ashland and the Rogue Valley. Originally from Pennsylvania, Bob graduated from Eastern Mennonite University in Virginia and taught high school for eight years before entering the legal profession. In 1992 Bob graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington and began practicing law in Ashland with the Howser & Munsell Law Firm. For the last 10 years Bob has been a solo practitioner, with a focus on family law litigation and mediation, estate planning and administration, and small business law.
