SI Professional Cleaners

We hired them to do a move-​out clean for us from a 1600 sq ft 3 bedroom home in July of 2013. While the people who came were friendly, they took over an hour longer than they were supposed to, which delayed us moving out of town when we wanted to. Since we were in a rush, I didn’t get a chance to do as thorough of a job checking things out as apparently I should have, because our landlord took a bunch of money out of our security deposit because she said the place looked like it was NOT professionally cleaned. She said the burners were messy, blinds weren’t done well and she was going to have to have the kitchen cleaned all over again.
Now, this could have been because of some of our landlord’s own issues, but when I called (1.5 weeks after the job was done because that’s when we first heard from our landlord) and I spoke with Josh, he basically said «Sorry — we did our job — it’s too late, can’t do anything for you.»
It was frustrating because we spent $ 425 on the entire move out clean ($ 275 for the move out clean and $ 150 to have the carpets done) and then we lost another couple hundred from our security deposit.
We just moved to another state and had another company come and do a move-​in clean for us. They brought four people (Stratford Inn only brought two cleaners) who worked for under 2 hours and cleaned a similarly-​sized home and did an excellent job.
So, for the price, and the customer service I experienced, I can’t say that I would recommend the Stratford Inn Professional Cleaners to anyone in Ashland.
