I decided on a whim that I wanted an RV and had heard good things. Well I walked in was greeted with a smile and was introduced to a salesman. No high pressure or intimidation. I explained I knew nothing and they began to educate me. I missed buying a used RV they had by a day’ someone else got a great deal. I started looking online and found one far away. Again, not knowing a thing I called summit RV and explained my situation and they told me what to be careful of and what to look for in an RV someone else was going to sell me.
I’ve gone to their parts department and again I have Glenn greeted with a smile and asked if they could help me.
The loss of the one star is the service department. They take a very long for time to Check you in, it takes days to get service done and it took a very log time to get checked out. The repairs were done expertly and I trust then but I don’t understand why my RV has to sit in their lot for days before they get to a scheduled service appointment.
