History
Established in 2003.
Founded in Los Angeles in 2003 and catering to people wanting healthy organic meals. Relocated to Montrose, CO in 2007 and provided in home catering, personal and private chef services to the Telluride market for 7 years. Also conducted cooking classes and the 21 Day Cleanse program for clients. in 2014, came to Aspen, Colorado to accept a position working privately for a family. April 2015, relaunching Flourish chef services, catering and cooking classes in Aspen.

After 20 years in marketing/advertising and resort management, i attended the Academy of Natural Cooking in Boulder, Co. After completing the six month intensive program including the personal chef certificate, I returned home to Los Angeles to launch my business. In LA, i prepared meals for the week for clients wanting healthy organic food. I also studied with raw living food chefs in LA. In 2007, i moved to Montrose, CO and focused my business on catering to the Telluride resort market. Today, even when on vacation, people want delicious creative meals but with a focus on healthy organic and high quality ingredients free of hormones and other detrimental ingredients. Now in Aspen, Co, I’m providing chef services for all needs, cooking classes and weekly food delivery.
