Business Owner
Rob’s innovations stand apart because his background is one-of-a-kind. As founder of Cooking School of Aspen, Rob cooked alongside hundreds of culinary legends and superstars. He taught the majority of classes and led the school’s tours of Italy, Morocco and South Africa.
As founder of Salt Traders, Rob introduced the food world to specialty salts and was deemed an industry innovator. He’s been featured on the Food Network, Fine Living Network, and Travel Channel, is the author of Real Cooking for Kids and the food columnist for The Aspen Daily News.
