Certo Dental is a family and cosmetic dental office. We specialize in dealing with apprehensive and fearful patients. We are amalgam free. Dr Certo is certified in basic and advanced Botox treatment for wrinkles, facial lines, bruxism and headaches associated with the muscles of mastication.

Established in 1993.

Started as an associate with Dr Chris Panarello November 1993 until May 2003. Open Certo Dental Summer 2003 in Boothwyn until 2015. Relocated Certo Dental to Aston August 2015.

Born at Delaware County Hospital. Raised in Marlton, NJ. Graduated Cherokkee HS 1985. Worked at Mack & Manco’s Pizza 1985 – 92 while attending Albright College and Temple Dental. Worked as a Dental Assistant for 2 years.

Married to Megan McNulty of Havertown in 2007. 4 amazing children: Peter III, Kathryn, Rebecca and Patrick.

I love the Caribbean, Ocean City, NJ and Jimmy Buffett.

I have been going to Dr. Certo for about 6 years now. Before being his patient I was hopping dentist because I had chipped 90% of my front teeth out and no dentist could correctly fix my teeth with no pain afterwards. I found Dr. Certo and he perfectly corrected my teeth and the sensitivity! I have since then stuck with him as my dentist!
All the people who work with him in his office are very friendly and kind, and a big help! When I need help or have concerns about something even after hrs Dr Certo is available and is so kind and happy to help!
Getting appointments with him is quick and the appointments usually never run late. They are a pretty quick office which is very nice! They have a very clean office and always looks nice.
Overall I would definitely recommend him as a dentist! He does a great job with me and my family, and he is a very funny, kind Dr. Great with kids also!
