I met with Don for a large rehab project. He was amiable, spent an hour discusising project and then said he’d get back to me the following week for a longer meeting. I texted him numerous times and he called back to say he’d get to me on Friday. Then he texted and said he’d taken a bunch of other projects and couldn’t take mine on. Flakey contractors. There are so many of them. Annoying. If he’s flaky in the beginning, he’ll only get worse down the road.
