I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lopez he was very friendly and gave me so much advice and helped walk me through each test. I didn’t wait very long and because I don’t have insurance they offered to 45% discount if I paid it same day.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone due to shady management and incompetent customer serviceI visited the office last July for headaches and pain on my nose and throat. I was also inquiring about a surgery for deviated septum. I was examined by Doctor Poulos. He seemed knowledgeable and kind. Suggested to hold for the surgery and recommended to do an allergy test at the same office. Went to front desk to pay and I was advised that a bill would send to me. They scheduled my appointment with the allergist for later the same day. I was told I allergic to dust. I asked again the front desk for the bill and I was told that it will be sent to me. A month passed and no bill. I called in and my address was wrong. Found out that the bill was for 2500 $, around the amount of my deductible. Called in to make a Payment with American Express, they wouldn’t take it. Btw their billing department is based in a different office. I asked for a payment plan and they offered me one with 6 payments. Called in recently to inquire about my balance and possibly make the final payment and I was told that my bill was at collections. Finally found out that my bill was at collections by mistake.
