Little Vintage Rentals

I am a NYC wedding coordinator that recently hired Little Vintage Rentals to do the prop design and furnish my clients wedding in Brooklyn that need to reference a Hitchcock/​old English library/​Sherlock Holmes style. I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with Mandy. Not only was she extremely responsive with a fast turnaround time, the design concept she created was right on point and she worked with our hired florist to make everything perfect for the day-​of.
We also used many of Little Vintage’s prop inventory and Mandy also helped us find several other items specifically needed for my client’s event. The result was incredible and I look forward to working with LVR in the near future!

I browsed Little Vintage Rentals for vintage vessels, I wanted them to be simple and elegant for my table settings at our wedding. My husband and I got married on September 4^th, 2015 at The Metropolitan Building in Long Island City.
It’s amazing because you order all these things and don’t actually see what they’re going to look like until the day of, and when I saw them, with the flowers inside, I was more than happy with the work Mandy did for us. She’s very communicative and professional, she worked very hard to get my exact vision. I would recommend her a million times over.

I can’t say enough good things about Little Vintage Rentals! Mandy is an absolute star. I contacted her about a year before my wedding about doing day-​of-​styling and about renting some of her items — she was so kind and lovely in our first conversation. After that, I changed my rental order constantly, and she put up with all my emails & questions. Leading up to the wedding, she met up with me in person (so kind!) to discuss all the day-​of-​styling elements and responded to my emails in detail with such helpful and creative ideas. On the actual wedding day, her styling was beyond beautiful! She really turned my vision into reality and went above and beyond! Every little detail, just perfect! Her vintage forks, vintage desk and vintage silver trays were the perfect props to add to my look. Mandy really has a a great eye and a gift for styling. I highly, highly recommend! Thank you!

I rented a few vintage suitcases from little vintage rentals for a photoshoot I styled back in April. The suitcases were absolutely perfect! Not only was Mandy able to accommodate me last minute, she was quick to respond when I needed instruction on how to open them. I was very happy with the product and service and I would definitely rent from little vintage rentals again and again.

I recently did event design for a huge corporate party and had to decorate «mancave» bookshelves; my intern found Little Vintage Rentals and I don’t know what we would have done without them! We were able to fill the shelves with the coolest, authentic books, globes, horns, candlesticks, you name it. They were incredibly organized in delivery and packaging and a true pleasure to work with in every way. I would 100% use them again and hope to should I be in NYC again!

Little Vintage Rentals is fantastic! I couldn’t have been happier with the quality of Mandy’s antique dishes, glassware, cake trays and silver vessels. I planned a very 1920’s, Old Brooklyn wedding and her dishes looked fabulous at all the table settings. Each setting had a vintage dish and colored water goblet and my florist used silver vintage vessels for all the flower arrangements at the tables and various places throughout the venue. Everything looked absolutely stunning. People are still talking about how elegant and beautiful everything looked!

I recently did a photoshoot at Grand Central that required some vintage goods and contacted a few vintage rental stores out there. As it turned out, Little Vintage Rentals was the only one that had everything I needed and was also willing to help me out on Labour’s Day.
Mandy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was quick on email replies and was also incredibly helpful. Her items were beautifully packaged and in great condition!

I recently got married in Prospect Park Boathouse and used Little Vintage Rentals to hire additional vintage and rustic items. Working with Mandy was so easy from start to finish, she never even complained when she had to collect all her items around midnight on July 4^th!
Her item inventory just keeps growing and growing and I was adding items up until a week or so before and she made everything so simple and easy. Her items are in such great condition and come beautifully wrapped and boxed and ready to roll. I could have easily hired everything from her but had to retrain myself.
The antlers and trophies are easily my favourite. and a crowd favourite. We decorated our cheese table with them.

Recently, Mandy was the creative director on a shoot for which I was the wardrobe stylist. She was a consummate professional from top to bottom. She made sure everything went according to schedule and kept everyone on top of their duties without being pushy. She had great ideas for the photo shoot and was a joy to be around. I would work with Mandy again in a heartbeat!
