Established in 2012.

Native New Yorkers, business partners, and brothers, Harold and Louis DeLucia are experts in providing access to farm-​fresh fruits, vegetables, and fresh-​cut flowers from their family farm to various neighborhoods across the city. Currently operating four successful seasonal farm-​to-​table markets, the brothers sell directly to locals as well as work with restaurant owners to incorporate local produce into their menu.

Drawing from their vast experience, NYCTREES was the logical next step in providing the best quality product to New Yorkers while supporting regional farming infrastructure. Their company eliminates the stress of Christmas tree shopping by providing delivery, installation, and a complimentary stand for each tree ordered through its website, NYCTREES

Harold–

Public school teacher at Columbia Secondary School for Math, Science and Engineering in Manhattan, teaches Health and Physical Education. When Harold is not running his local farm markets, selling beautiful holiday trees or teaching, he is usually playing or coaching rugby.

Louis–

Louis, the Executive Director of Garden State Homes, partners with local farmers to provide homeless youth with Supportive Housing and entrepreneurial opportunities, working on small farms and at various farmers’ markets throughout the state.

Absolutely amazing trees and even better customer service. Last year I saw a big beautiful tree in my apt lobby and there was a 15% discount coupon on it so I decided to try them out. About $ 119 for a 5 – 6′ Douglas fir, delivered with a stand! It was so fresh for literally a month.
This year I placed an order and forgot to fill out what day I wanted it delivered. I emailed them and they said they would deliver at my requested date and time. The following day I still had no tree so I called them to see what happened — since I didn’t fill out the calendar, they missed my delivery but the man on the phone was so sweet and accommodated me the very next day and even offered an upgrade on my tree! The delivery guy was awesome and showed me how much water to fill the stand so it stays healthy. This takes the hassle out of picking a tree while living in the city! Absolutely love it! I also got to use a discount because they emailed me in Nov with the code «loyalty» since I used them last year.

NYC Trees are amazing! Ordered my tree at 5pm today, tree was delivered by 930pm. They trimmed it and had it in the stand when it arrived and it is A BEAUTY! Best tree I’ve ever had, so worth the extra cost to have a beautiful tree delivered to my apt. Recommending to all!

I found these guys online and decided to give them a try bc the last two years I’ve bought the trees on the corners and they never made it through Christmas.
This year we decided to get a smaller tree than in the past and we ordered a 4′-5′ tree around 2:30pm and it arrived around 5:30 and it was a beautiful tree and smelled amazing except that it was obviously much smaller than my trees of the past. The delivery guy was a sweetheart and had left while I sat and stared at it. After sending pictures to my bf we decided that we did want the bigger tree. I called the company fully expecting to have to just buy a whole new tree but the gentleman on the phone was AMAZING! They offered to exchange the tree and I would just pay the difference. This was around 6:30pm and he said that he would try to get it on a truck for delivery that night, about a hour later they text saying that all the drivers were booked but if anything openers they would attempt the delivery that night but most likely it would arrive the following day. I text him back saying that I understood but that I would be working the next day but I’d have my bf wait for the tree… about 1.5 hours later my doorman called up, my new tree was here.
I will refer these guys to everyone! The small tree was beautiful but my new tree is stunning!

Placed my order online on Monday night, had my tree on Tuesday night. Website is easy to navigate and the person who delivered my tree was pleasant and courteous. He called me a half hour before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. I think he said his name was «Jafett» (something like that). Cute guy too! :)

This company made my day! I’ve been In Astoria for 4 years and I just couldn’t do the grocery cart lugging the tree home thing anymore. Too much pine needle stabbing, sticky sap, and needles EEEEEH-​VERYWHERE! So I was gonna go artificial and saw that a lot of artificial trees are made using the cancer causing chemical PVC. The more expensive artifical trees are the same price as this live one, so I went live! I actually just googled «Christmas trees delivered in NYC» and this company popped up. I ordered around 8am and got it delivered around 12pm same day which was awwwwesome It is the Fir variety, smells amazing, and has beautiful healthy dark green needles, 7feet.
What you’ll need for delivery: About 32 Oz of warm water to pour into the stand thingy. And a broom. And paper towels. If you just shake one branch, needles fall, so it’s to be expected that needles will shake loose. You might wanna throw down some newspaper between the door and wherever the tree’s going to make clean up easier. My delivery guy also asked me about cutting the top part where the star goes, which I think he said is called a… oh I forgot. But anyway, he clipped that for me then said the branches would naturally open up a little. He was very nice and I salute this company for offering this service because trying to lug a tree up 3 flights of stairs on my own makes me hate Christmas

After randomly finding them online with their perfect 5 star reviews, we ordered a 6 ft tree from them around early Dec. The tree was beautiful! Well above 6ft, lush and fresh.
I had to deduct 1 start, well more like half of a star honestly, because they were either 1 – 2 hours late past their delivery time window without any notice. At first I thought they were having difficulty locating our place since it can a bit tricky to find. I called the # on their website and after a couple of rings, it went to a Google based voicemail and left a message. After an hour passed i got nervous and thought omg did i get suckered into a fake website that just took my $$?? I tried their number again and fortunately some one answered that time. I explained my worry and he was quite surprised that the tree had not been delivered yet and told me he would have the driver call us. The driver never called us but my husband spotted him a few minutes later. He then explained that he had just picked up the trees from the farm.
The overall service was great and despite that minor bump, I would definitely order a tree from them again next year.

We got our tree at the 21st & 28th Ave location in Astoria. The selection was great… Huge trees, medium sized and cute little ones. All of the trees were gorgeous!!! Our tree was already in a stand, which was so convenient. We love our beautiful tree and will definitely get ours here again next year! Merry Christmas :-)

We ordered a 6 – 7 ft. tree a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately the tree died within the next week or two despite our best efforts to water it. My girlfriend called to find out if there’s anything that could be done and they replaced it for free within 2 hours! Apparently some trees just can’t survive after being cut despite best efforts to water them.
Excellent customer service and great communication all along. We had a problem and they made it right, no questions asked! Will be ordering from them next year.

I have always struggled getting a fresh tree into my apt in NYC for Christmas so when I found NYC trees, I was so happy. They not only delivered a BEAUTIFUL, full tree for a reasonable price but they also set it up in the stand and trimmed it for me. All of these services were included in the price. The delivery guy who brought the tree to the apt was super nice and gave me all the directions needed to care for the tree.
I would highly recommend this company. Their trees are gorgeous and full. They are very nice and accommodating.

After buying a dissapointing tree off one of the many random curbside dealers in nyc, this year we decided to get one delivered from NYC Trees. No hassle trying to pick out a good tree, no hassle trying to fit it into our tiny car, and no hassle getting it up to our 5th floor apartment.
The tree was delivered on time and quickly set up by one of the company owners, even with our overly excited boxer puppy jumping all over the place. The tree itself is one of the nicest we’ve ever had, my SO cant get over how symetrical it is. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and will be using them every year from now on.

These guys know what they’re doing!
In a car-​less NYC, it seemed almost impossible to be able to have a nice Christmas tree unless we lugged it home from one of those sidewalk vendors. A quick Google search brought us to the NYC Trees website, where for a very reasonable $ 109, we got a 6 foot tree, next day delivery, installation, and stand… ALL INCLUSIVE!
In addition to our tree looking way more beautiful than any of those 2nd rate sidewalk ones, we felt good knowing that our tree was a sustainable one that was sourced from regional farms. The quality is top notch too — the tree looks very healthy, with «full» branches and very minimal needle shedding.
One of the co-​founder brothers himself (Lou) came to deliver and set up our tree and he was super friendly, offering to help move around things to place the tree and trimming the branches so our tree looked perfect. He even watered the tree and gave me tips on how to take care of it — now that’s what I call excellent service!

We got a tree from Harry, one of the owners of NYC trees on Dec 23rd as they were packing up their truck for the season. (We were a bit late in getting started this year). We ran up hoping we could still get a tree, and Harry told us to just take one. Can you believe it? We got a beautiful 7ft tree and a stand on the house. Harry told us they are also involved in the farmers market at LIC flea. We will definitely be patrons of their business from now on. I will definitely be BUYING a tree from them next year. This gesture and the quality of the tree truly has put us in the holiday spirit.

We have alternated in past years between buying a Christmas Tree on the streets of Manhattan and renting a car to drive north of the city to a tree farm and get a much fresher tree. This year we discovered another option and one that I think we will stick with for years to come.
Nothing could be easier! Louis (co-​founder) walked in with the tree already in its stand and placed it where I wanted it and we were done!
Had we not then launched into a discussion of the business it literally would have taken 10 seconds to get a Christmas tree setup in my living room. And it’s a nice tree too… no big empty spots! … and of course very freshly cut. You can smell and feel the difference.
The delivery time is a 1 hour window and I even got a courtesy call because he was coming toward the end of that time slot. Not late.
Yes, 5 STARS for price, quality, service, convenience (and happy to support a new business in NYC!)

NYCtrees was the efficient, affordable, professional tree delivery service we were looking for in Manhattan! They were very accommodating to my schedule and helped me decide on tree size when I called for advice. The brothers that run the business are incredibly friendly and personable.
When the tree was delivered, it came in-​stand (stand is included in price!), was set-​up where I wanted it, and they cleaned up all the loose pine needles. The tree is gorgeous!

Just got our beautiful tree delivered from NYC Trees. This is hands down the best tree we have ever had while living in New York. The website is super easy to navigate and order through, and the prices are spot on with the competitors on the street corners. The difference is, these guys deliver, set up, and clean up after themselves. The tree even comes with a stand.

If you are looking for a Christmas tree in the Astoria/​Long Island City area then look no further than NYC Trees!
The trees are very reasonably priced (much better than other tree stands in NYC), and great quality. They have trees from Michigan and New Jersey. They also sell the stand and deliver straight to your apt!
These guys are super nice! They run local farm stands the rest of the year. They helped us out with cutting the base, attaching the stand, and brought the tree back to our apt. for us.
My boyfriend and I couldn’t be any happier with our first Christmas tree from NYC Trees!
