Professional Brows

Today was my first time at Professional Brows.
She did a great job on my eyebrows (waxing/​threading). They look fabulous… I would comment on chin and upper lip but there’s not much you can do but nevertheless a great job
I will be coming back.

This place is amazing! I recently started getting my eyebrows done here by Nell. She is so nice and so knowledgeable, she made me extremely comfortable! My eyebrows have never looked better!!! We were talking about facials and skin treatments, mainly what would work best for my skin and its acne and congestion issue. We ended up doing a treatment on my face and I can’t wait to see the outcome in a few days. She also does waxing, I would most definitely trust her with all my waxing needs. Their prices are very reasonable and they treat you better then the more expensive salons I’ve been to! I would recommend this place to everyone I know! It’s also right near the subway for easy access!

I really love this place, and I’ve been coming here for 3 years to get threading and waxing services. In addition to their super affordable prices ($ 9 for eyebrows and lip!), I’m always impressed with how much time the staff spends on me. I never feel rushed, and they are always quite meticulous. I even trusted them to do my pre-​wedding prep! I also like that the salon is run by a professional esthetician who takes the services that she provides very seriously. There are many other salons in the area that are run by amateurs, so consumers should always check credentials! I definitely recommend stopping by and supporting a great local business.

I went in today with my mom so she could get her brows done,
I eventually decided that I wanted to get my eyelash extensions.
she asked me to remove my eye makeup and to be seated on a chair.
i waited about 10 minutes, while she attended my mom for her to begin doing my eyelashes.
she explained the process and made small talk.
she recommended that i get long lashes because of the amount of space that I have between my eyebrow and my eye. The whole process was around 10 to 15 minutes.
I’m very happy with the lashes and look forward to beautiful lashes for a while.
My mom loved the threading that she did and will for sure be going back.
They also do facials and waxing and bridal henna.
I really like this establishment.
Very professional, very clean and relaxed enviroment.

I went today to get my eyebrows done, the regular lady wasn’t there but the had a temporary employee there. I asked can see do eyebrows and she said yes, I told her I’m very particular about the person who I let do my eyebrows cos I come in every few weeks for the regular girl. She said no problem, I should have known to how slow she was that there was going to be a problem. At 1^st the eyebrow she had threaded was too thick so she thinned it out then when she did the 2^nd brow and it was ok but now the 1^st one was too thin. Instead of apologizing she kept telling me I was wrong cos I had less hair in the 1^st brow so it wasn’t her fault. I had waited so long to so go this salon due to work commitments that I don’t go anywhere else. And this amature lady just screwed it up and then had the oddasoty to say to something in front of me to one of her friends or customers” oh she’s such a rude customer”. I felt very hurt and shocked that she didn’t offer anything or an apology, even when the customer kept saying you ruined the shape and both my brows and now they are uneven. I have been going to this salon for so long but I’ve never had such a bad experience. If I was you wait 2 months till the other lady comes back and check these lady’s credentials before you let them near your face.

I usually go to this place regularly but I went last night at 7:15 (they close at 7:30) the lady who was working on someone, just looked at me and said we close at 7:30 and I was thinking ok? She just stared at me as if she was just waiting for me to leave. How long does it take to thread my brows? That’s all I wanted… No one else was in line in front of me, If you are going to close your store 15 min early then change the sign outside please.

Does anyone know where Vedi went? I just ant seem to get a good threading after she left. Please help!

The best haircare in the neighborhood is right here, if you get your taken care of by Rosa. She’s a real treasure. She gives me great hair cuts, and they cost hardly anything. My wife swears by her styling; Rosa always makes her look great for work. My wife says that the shop also offers wonderful facials, careful and long, with organic ingredients. The place looks like just a little neighborhood place, you wouldn’t even notice it, but they have excellent services that cost very, very little. Try Rosa, she’s the best!
