The Me in Meat specializes in healthy premade meals inspired by the Paleo Diet using grassfed beef, poultry, game, fish and organic fruits and vegetables. As an NYC Paleo personal chef, Jessica offers easy, quick and healthy food with an imaginative and fun French twist.
For clients looking to hire personal trainer with competition experience, Jessica is the perfect fit. She has a CrossFit Level I Certification and is also a two-time CrossFit Games competitor. Workout sessions are a mix of functional programming and strength training to help individuals get in shape and lose weight.

Business Owner
I am a Northern California native and a graduate of the University of California Berkeley, where I hold a B.A. in Psychology. I attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and worked in fine dining restaurants like Daniel, Le Grand Vefour, Jardinière and Al Forno under such chefs as: Dominique Ansel, Guy Martin and Traci Des Jardins.
Before deciding to become a Paleo personal chef, I received my CrossFit Level I certification and worked as a personal trainer for 4 ½ years. During this time, I worked with a wide range of clientele: elderly, overweight, underweight, sickly, injured and athletic populations.
As a two-time CrossFit Games competitor and life-long athlete, I understand the importance of being healthy and the difficulty in maintaining it. I enjoy helping people live with purpose through healthy eating habits and functional fitness.
Currently, I work as a paleo personal chef and coach at eFc Crossfit, while also training clients privately. When not working out, you
