I am so impressed with this business. I have used them now 3 times for my pup Jordy. Not only do they deliver for free to Manhattan, but they are fast. Sam has given me such personal follow up and even called and got my vet to refill my dog’s prescriptions so that I didn’t have to. 5 stars!
Thank you for helping me make the treatment for my dog’s condition A LOT easier on this busy new mom.

I just want to give another example to re-​iterate how wonderful Sam and Westpaw are. My cat had dental surgery with extractions done yesterday, and needed pain medication and antibiotics. I tried this morning to give her the pain meds, but was having difficulty, and in my frustration and panic, called Westpaw to see whether I could give her another dose, what to do, etc. I left a message at 9:30 in the morning, completely forgot it was a Saturday, and not a weekday. Sam called me back within 5 minutes and gave me alternative options which ended up working like a charm. Sam really cares about his pet patients and their (sometimes crazy) pet parents. It is invaluable to not only have a company like this, but have someone like Sam at the helm. So grateful for Sam and the team at Westpaw Pets.

My veterinarian recommended Wespaw pharmacy for my Yorkie. He has a severe honking & vet prescribed a compound medication. I went to the Pharmacist pills were out of stock everywhere. He said I can get it in liquid form. He called the Vet & they agreed to change the prescription. Great customer service. I will definitely go back in the future and highly recommend.

My veterinarian recommended Wespaw pharmacy for my chihuahua’s medicine. The compounding mixtures that they use help my little dog tremendously. I notice a difference with her recovery within a week of usage. I made the mistake of going somewhere else once before – never again.

I took my rabbit to Animal Medical Center and the vet called in a prescription to Wespaw. She told me that they delivered but it was on the way home so I called to ask if it would be ready. The pharmacist asked a few questions and told me he would have it ready for me. I was there is 15 minutes and my prescription was ready. The pharmacist explained how to administer the medicine and gave more helpful hints than any vet I have seen. The customer service was great. The prices are a little high but every veterinary related cost for a small animal is high. It was nothing out of the ordinary.

Awesome place. Gave me good advice and offered me a lollipop for being a «good dad». I wasn’t officially a cat dad until now, but happy to finally have earned my stripes. In all seriousness, the service was excellent, quick and extremely efficient. I recommend this place to anyone who needs to get meds for their animals.

I recently started using them after my dog was put on medication. They are wonderful!!! They called a week before her script ran out and let us know they would fill it when we were ready. Super friendly and very welcoming. They aren’t some faceless chain, it’s more of a neighborhood community feeling place. They offer delivery which I haven’t used because I’m so close, but I think that’s great, especially for pet owners who have limited mobility and the elderly. Overall I highly recommend them!!!

My vet recommended a medication for my 14.8 year old Dachshund who has been walking around the apartment in circles and acting weird. Diagnosis? «Old Dog Syndrome.» Sam talked to me about her issues and delivered the meds the same night. From Queens to the Bronx, no small trip.
Unfortunately, I don’t see that much of a difference. However, if I decide to try a second month, you can be sure I will be calling Wespaw Pets RX for a refill!

I have been using Wespaw Pharmacy for a little over a month after my dog was prescribed anti-​depressants for separation anxiety. I went in to the store to fill the RX, which was significantly cheaper than using Walgreens or Duane Reade. Sam explained the medication to me and said he would reach out to the vet to get the dosage corrected for a 30-​day supply. I was told I could wait a few hours or have the filled RX delivered to my house. Later that night, Sam delivered my pup’s medication, and I also got a lollipop! When it was time for a refill, Sam called before I had even planned, and asked if I would like to refill and have it delivered to my house. I really can’t say enough about the great customer service Sam provides and the convenience of Wespaw’s service.

This place is a gem. The pharmacist is a very thoughtful and sensitive person who filled my cat’s prescription expeditiously on short notice, even though they were just about to close up shop for the day when I appeared — desperate — at the doorstep! The pharmacist made me feel more confident about my cat’s condition. I appreciated his reassurance very much. He even called to follow up with me the next day. I’d recommend this pet pharmacy far and wide. Their customer service is unparallelled! Thank you Wespaw!

I have used Wespaw for the last 4mths. Sam is awesome. He is always willing to go the extra mile and gave me a discount on my dog’s $$$ meds. I live abt 30mins away from Wespaw. Excellent customer service. My Veterinarian called in a prescription for my cat after he had a procedure and I am so happy that they used this pharmacy. Someone called me right away to set up delivery and I had the prescription delivered to my house the same day. While signing for the delivery the patient, Snoopy came to the door to see who was there and got the nicest greeting and plenty of attention. A few days later I received a call to see how Snoopy was doing and to find out if I had any problem administering his medication. Not only do they have great customer service, but they genuinely care about animals. I will definitely recommend this place to others and will definitely use them again. It’ s great to have such a fantastic pet pharmacy in the neighborhood.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Wespaw. We needed to fill a perscription for our cat and it was already 8:45pm at night. We swung by the pharmacy (which closes) at 7pm and luckily they were still tgere and were happy to help us. The entire staff was very kind and helpful. He gave us a wonderful price for a usually pricey med. Two thumbs up for wonderul customer service and going above and beyond to help our sweet kitty.
