Specialties

Hello,

My name is Emily Armet and I am the owner and broker of Avalon Real Estate & Home Loans. Since 2005, I have been licensed with the California Bureau of Real Estate, serving clients as both a Realtor and mortgage loan officer. As a Cal Poly graduate and twenty year resident of the central coast, I’m very familiar with the unique local real estate market as well as home financing. As a Realtor, I would love the opportunity to partner with you in finding your perfect house to buy or to sell your home. As a mortgage broker, I would appreciate the opportunity to present you with a free, no obligation home financing quote. Weather it is real estate or home financing I hope you will consider partnering with me to reach your goals. I would love to work with you or your friends and family!

Thank you,

Emily Armet

History

Established in 2014.

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and I obtained my broker’s license in 2011. After working for other companies for many years I opened my own company, Avalon Real Estate & Home Loans in 2014.

Meet the Business Owner

Emily A.

Business Owner

I moved to San Luis Obispo in 1998 to attend Cal Poly as a graduate student, and earned my Teaching Credential. At that time I fell in love with the Central Coast, as many of us do, and decided that I was never leaving. I took a position teaching elementary school in Santa Maria and enjoyed that for 5 years before I began my own family. In 2005, I obtained my California Department of Real Estate Sales Person’s License and then my Broker’s License in 2011. I worked for the past few years as a loan officer for a local mortgage company. I opened my own company in 2014, Avalon Real Estate, so that I could originate loans as well as work as a Realtor. I am thrilled to provide both services as Real Estate is my love and sound home financing in an essential need.

I now live and work in Atascadero with my husband and three children. I’ve spent a lot of time in local schools in the past years as a classroom volunteer. You may have seen me around the schools, church or kids sports events.
