Bill did some Family Law work for me. My ex feels very entitled, and is known to be difficult. He was able to negotiate a settlement based on the parameters I gave him. It saved me money and was fair to both parties. He’s not a «slash and burn» attorney that wastes your money. He brought my case to fruition, at the price he said he would. I also was involved as a second party in a real estate litigation case. I noticed he was sensitive to the needs of his client. She had an emotional attachment to the property and Bill was able to negotiate this without more undue pain to his client. I was impressed.

Stay away from this law office. His second hand man (Kenneth?) was great and kind and helpful and thorough. However on court date, Mr Ausman, who I had never met, strolls in and starts talking with the other lawyers about high school volleyball. He never introduced himself, de-​briefed with me, went over what was going to happen or anything. Every time I turned around his office has burned through money and needed more. For what I can’t figure out. He did nothing for my case, worked through NOTHING to help me or change outcomes. I would have been better off without an attorney because he made no difference in my family law case other than to charge me thousands and thousands.

Go the other way with this guy if you are doing family law. spent over 40k in one year trying to get visitation. completely useless, cost me months of not seeing my daughter to his lack of preparation. he let go of his attorney midway through my case and did not notify me and bills for everything. not trustworthy and his office staff are not communicative at all. stay away please!!!

Stay away from Bill Ausman! He is the most unethical attorney! All he cares about is getting you to sign a retainer agreement and then he over bills you until it is spent and lets your case fall apart. According to a staff member I spoke to he has done this to multiple clients. He cares about your money and nothing else. He’s a snake — don’t believe anything he says! I wish I had seen the review below.
