He charged me only $550 for the inspection, and gave me over $5000 education in addition to a very detailed inspection of the property. His knowledge, personality and attention to detail is greatly appreciated.

I cannot say enough good things about Greg Terry. Not only did he encourage us to come along during the home inspection, he actually treated it like a class. Greg kept us close by and insisted we take a look at what he was seeing. He even had me climb up to the attic so I could witness the HVAC and frame/​interior of roof inspections. I learned so much from him and felt confident that we were buying the right home.
His stamp of approval meant everything.

I was most impressed with the competency, thoroughness, professional approach of Mr. Terry’s inspection. He inspected a mobile/​manufactured home we were buying. He has a degree in construction and has years of home inspection experience. He prefers that you join him during the inspection. He uses this time to explain each inspection item to you and in a way you can understand. He got on top of and under the mobile/​manufactured home. When he was done, I felt really confident that I knew and understood all potential problems. I received his full professional report within 24 hours. I have used Terry home inspection services on two houses, and they are truly excellent! Greg Terry goes above and beyond a basic home inspection report. In both cases I was hiring him personally for a report I was not required to do for the bank. He did a very good job of giving me the «low down» on things. Things I should take care of right away, things that could wait a season or two, and things that aren’t necessarily right, but will never cause me a problem if used properly. He was very professional, organized, and easy to work with. I will certainly work with him again on my next purchase.
