With the availability of this specialty in the area, do yourself a favor and stay away from this office. I had been a patient for 7 years and will not be returning. Luckily, I only needed to go once a year for my annual which resulted in the length of time I stayed around without switching and thankfully never having any major issues. When going in for a simple annual, I would be there for several hours. I learned that my appointment would just keep getting pushed back due to pregnancy appointments that could bill for more money. When the doctor did come in to meet with me, she was rushed and impersonal. I never felt I got satisfactory answers on any topic or level. In these years many custom screening tools were never done. No urine tests. No blood work. Staff seems to have a large turnover and difficult to find any assistance as you wait for hours after your scheduled appointment. Just a nightmare of care. You are not a person/​patient at this practice, rather an insurance claim to get as much money as possible without any effort and minimal time spent. If it is just this bad with simple annuals, I can’t imagine with obstetrics side. Stay away if you want quality care.

there about about two or three good nurses here. the others are mostly fat, stupid, rude, and slow.
the phlebotomist lady spoke in ebonics and snapped at me when i asked her what shes going to do with my blood sample. she said something stupid like «honeychild dont worry about that i do this everyday». well you might do it every day, lady, but whyd you toss my blood sample on the counter with all those other needles and waste products while you proceed to adjust your scrubs? ugh.
dr. person is the only doctor i’ve ever seen here in all my 15 years of seeing him. he gets argumentative and defensive when you ask him why he thinks what he does. he’s okay… but two stars for meh ive experienced better.
i do however hate it here. one day i will move my records somewhere else.
