BLAST is an interval-​based workout that is designed to challenge and motivate all levels of fitness. Our 60-​minute classes consist of short but intense treadmill blocks alternating with challenging full-​body strength intervals. Each class incorporates everything you need in your workout: strength, cardio, resistance training, core and stretch. You get it all in one hour! We welcome all fitness levels and tailor classes to help you reach YOUR ideal workout.
