OKAY! I bought a pair of sandals from these ladies. While the sandals were super lovely they looked terrible on my feet. I JUST tried them on. That was it! They were kind of enough to pay for my return and I was excited to use my in store credit to buy jewelry. After they received my sandals they determined that they couldn’t return them because of wear. Ummmm wear? What wear? I tried them on once, walked around once and determined they weren’t for me. Any wear was from how they were shipped to me. While these ladies were very professionals and kind they don’t seem to value their customers. It is a shame because I would have repurchased from them! Just beware if you are going to order online from them!

This was my first time in their new (ish) location. The service was excellent – the women working listened to me as I described what I was looking for and brought me a couple of dresses that fit the bill. They were encouraging without pressuring me to buy anything, and I was really happy with the service. (In many boutiques you kind of get ignored after the first hello.) I’ll be dropping by again in a week or two to check out their new arrivals to see if I can find something that works for me (they get a few shipments per week!).
