The room was really dirty. The sheets in the bed seemed clean, as was the interior of the shower. But the bedspread, the walls and all of floors were all gross. There were other dirty sheets in a hamper in the closet. We got there very late the first night and tried to clean the room with disposable wipes and the provided vacuum cleaner. The people at the front desk were very nice when we checked in. We weren’t able to talk to anyone about the problems until late the next day. Then, when we complained to another person at the front desk he seemed offended, and didn’t behave in a way to want to try and solve the problem. But the guy that brought up towels afterward was very nice, saw how the conditions were and at least apologized, saying he would relay the situation to management. We were never contacted by management. If you’re there to see a game and you don’t really care about the cleanliness of where you are staying then you might be ok. But we paid for airfare, rental car & hotel and ended up cringing the entire time we had to be in the room. I hate to complain — but I wish someone else would have, before we booked the room.

Had a 2 bedroom suite here and it was perfect! The place is a lot smaller than what it looks like in pictures but it sleeps just right amount of people! The décor is all UGA, and it feels home-y when you are there. Free WIFI all throughout the building. The service was excellent. This is right in downtown, so no need for a cab or anything when you are going out! Would consider staying here again if the price is right!

I cannot comment on the bar, but the customer service at the hotel section is horrible. The people that were working there seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else. The rooms were decent, but the foundry, hotel indigo and the hilton are all superior.
