Located in a cool old warehouse next to a cement plant… Lori the owner came in early to accommodate me! Great little salon and her head massage during shampoo was wonderful!
I will recommend and definitely go back!

Love this salon. So cute and comfortable. All the stylists are awesome and friendly. After your first visit they will remember you. I never have trouble getting in the dates and time I need they are very accommodating to my schedule. I love Lori, or AKA Lo Lo the Hair Ninja. She has been doing my hair for about 10 years now. She is very honest and will let you know what colors, hairstyles, etc will look good with your particular type of hair or shape. All in all I highly recommend this place to anyone I know. They have a wide variety of products to purchase at a fair price, not marked up like crazy at other privately owned salons. They also support a lot of local vendors and have a variety of things such as candles, soaps, etc for sale. Great prices and wonderful service. As good as it gets in my book!

Very hip and cool little salon. Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. I love the scenes painted on the walls as well as the décor. My cousin, Liz, is so fantastic with hair. Sweet and charming, beautiful and funny. Definitely fits the bill of the haircut they makes your week!

I love Honey’s. Chase Street Warehouse is such a cool location. It’s super fun in itself to visit the building. Also, the salon is so cute, with towels stored in a bright blue retro oven. Artee cuts my hair, and she works wonders with curly hair. I don’t trust many people to cut my short curly hair, but Artee always does a beautiful job. I can go in and trust her to do whatever she wants. Highly recommended!

Great shop with a great atmosphere, and Artee gives as good a haircut as you will get at any price.

I’ve gotten both a cut and color done at Honey’s a couple of times now. I’ve loved my hair every time. The stylists always listen to what you want, but mine (Lo) is also creative in suggesting new things. I have curly hair, which can be difficult when some salons cut your hair like it is straight, but they realize here that curly hair has to be cut differently.
The salon is a really cute space with an awesome mural inside. Everyone is always super friendly, and I think their prices are very reasonable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Honey Salon did all the hair for my wedding party. The staff was fantastic and it was a great price. Like Liz mentioned, I love the business style. Furthermore, after the wedding, I chopped all my hair off and got a cut that no other hair stylist I’ve ever encountered was bold enough to try. Jo did it though, and did it well.

I discovered Honey’s during a spontaneous and circuitous internet adventure. I’m new to Athens and my realtor sent me a link for a possible home listed by Full Circle Realty. They had a link for the Athens Farmer’s Market, and when I clicked on that I saw that Honey’s was a sponsor. When I clicked on Honey’s link I liked what I saw and read. I picked Jo to cut my hair and she did an awesome job. She also gave me the 411 on all aspects of Athens. I should have been taking notes! I like Honey’s location and space, the staff (very welcoming), and Jo’s personal and business philosophies. I look forward to many return visits!

I love Honey’s. Jo represents everything I love about young entrepreneurship in Athens. They have a great sense of community (they sponsor a stand at the farmer’s market, just for starters) and you really can’t go wrong with any of their stylists. My fine, slightly wavy shattered bobs and I have settled in with Liz but Jo has also hooked me up with some lovely hairdos and Lo cuts my husband’s hair and has shaped my brows a time or two. They know their products and how to use them which means that it’s never a hard sell, and the space is homey and happy and chatty and basically everything a salon should be, in my humble opinion. They have free touch-​ups and bang trims between cuts, which is an extra-​great deal for guys, who can get seriously-​shaped scissor cuts for the same price as a crappy clipper cut at Republic. Head to Honey’s and get your hair did!
