I’m looking for a New Way to get my dry cleaning done because I’m never going back to New Way Cleaners & Launderers. I can overlook the fact that they put heavy starch instead of light starch on my shirts, but I can no longer tolerate their indifference towards customers. I usually waited 5 – 10 minutes for someone to come to the front to help me. Then they would disappear into the back to try to track down my order!
I picked up a few shirts and took them home. After unwrapping them, I noticed a large black grease mark across the front of one of the shirts. It took two weeks and four return visits to get the stain removed. The elderly lady who works there seems to have no concept of customer service. I now have to drive to Alps Road to get my cleaning done, but it’s worth it not to deal with New Way.
