Well, one of his staff broke my $ 300 sunglasses while adjusting and for 7 weeks now I cant get a phone call back. Called 11 times now. Everytime I get the story, I will check on it the new lense has not come in. Left 3 messages for Dr Posey, not one phone call back yet
