Starbucks

I do not normally say anything, but tonight I received the worst drink I have ever had at this Starbucks location. It only had a faint taste of the flavoring it should have, and it was more like warm milk than coffee. I couldn’t even drink it after I paid for it.

I’m assuming there is just a single amazing worker that I just happened to get my first drink from. I’ve been here several times since my first review, and it just hasn’t been the same. My most recent one (today), I ordered the exact same drink and it was awful. There were actual bits of ice I bit into, barely any taste because it was overwhelmed with ice, and it was just plain chunky. If you’re a fan of frappacinos, I don’t recommend ordering any from here unless you see a lovely girl with curly hair (who I haven’t seen since.) :(
I would like to mention that the other baristas are quite lovely. They just can’t make frappacinos!

Fabulous service! Fastest drive through! Phil is fantastic. Best drinks by far of any other Starbucks in town, though the others are wonderful as well!

I go to Starbucks daily some days multiple times a day mostly in the Atlanta area. I have ordered the same drink for over a year & this is the first time I have had a Starbucks employee not only charge me for a Latte but serve me a latte «because it’s so similar» she said! No ma’am! A triple macchiato is is not a latte! Retrain your staff!
I give it 2 stars only because one employee does not reflect the others knowledge & and abilities.

As the best coffee in the world this place serves the best. Upon arriving the outside is well landscaped and generous parking for the loads of coffee lovers that partake of their delectable handmade coffees and pastries. Once through the entrance door you can t help but to notice the abundant space for sitting and enjoying the free WiFi. The décor pasted to the walls made a square room into a lively relaxing and comfortable place to spend some time sipping on your latte, tea, brewed beverage. A busy place for sure, but not exactly an excuse for the restroom to be completely out of paper products. I notified the barista about the oversight and in more than thirty minutes the men’s room was still barren of the necessary essentials. Please do not allow this to keep you away for this visit had more than 30 people walk in during the hour. If only the barista had remembered to restock the restrooms before the rush hour traffic.

I suppose all Starbucks locations have «regulars.» I happen to be one here. I’ve even been introduced as such by one employee training another. The interesting thing about coming here at all hours of the day is that I get to see all of the other regulars. In fact, somedays I like to play «Regulars Bingo» to see if I can spot them all. There’s Asian studies guy. I’m pretty sure he’s a UGA professor who meets all of his students here instead of going to campus. Took me a while to figure that out, though. When I first started coming here, he had a different nickname to match what appeared to be creepy behavior. I feel bad, though. He’s legit. There’s also cocktail dress lady who shows up two or three times a day. At first I thought she was ordering drinks for an office, but I think it’s always just for her. At least one of them is always a large water. I’ll bet her gold member account expiration date says «Armageddon.» Next we have Art Deco. He’s actually a really talented artist, and that’s not his style, but he’s here all the time, drawing with markers or just surfing the web. I’m not convinced he always buys a drink, but his drawings of college mascots always seem to please the customers in the lobby. We also can’t forget about poindexter. He’s a pudgy, nerdy guy who always comes in and stays for hours at a time. This guy is a mid-​30s grad student who clearly is mooching off of the taxpayer dollar somehow. He also only orders an iced coffee and then gets his free refills using his membership card. I guess he’s not ripping the store off, though, since he pays $ 2.50 for the first one and even after drinking 3 refills has only consumed about ten cents worth of product. Still, he’s always chomping on ice. Everyone could do without that.
The best regulars at this Starbucks, though, are the baristas. They are constantly smiling and polite, even when they are slammed. They always do what they can to make your order right and they learn your name. It’s a small touch that goes a long way. Best of all, they always treat me well, no matter how many iced coffee refills I order.

When it comes to Starbucks this is, hands down, the best one i have ever been to. The staff are very friendly and approachable as they greet every guest in a friendly and helpful manner. This group of Starbucks stars, with their ability to pump out drinks with speed and accuracy, will have me coming back again and again.

Our favorite coffee bar with staff knowing us by name. Always clean with a lot of college students and their computers. They have a good selection of coffees and teas to choose from and a complete list of hot and cold drinks to choose from. Always willing to customize a drink for you.

As Starbucks go, this is one of the best, with alert and friendly staff. The best accuracy on the drink making of any of our normal Starbucks we frequent. Nice large sitting areas means there is normally a place to enjoy your coffee and pastry.
